SWEAT WITH SUNDARA
On November 22nd we are joining forces with Joe Bach - NYC based Personal Trainer - to host a live, virtual at-home workout. Rise, shine and sweat with us as we work towards raising $10K to support two female entrepreneurs across the globe who are working to combat water, sanitation and hygiene issues in their own communities. 100% of proceeds raised will be directed towards RISE.

Get your blood and endorphins flowing with a full-body workout using just your bodyweight. You will start with a dynamic warm-up and then use a series of bodyweight movements that will challenge and build your functional strength and balance.
This workout is appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications offered for all movements. No equipment needed. All you need is a positive attitude and 4 square feet of space to move freely. A yoga mat would add extra comfort, but it is not required.
This class will be taught via Zoom. You'll receive the Zoom link on the eve of the class, November 21st.
